In addition to a net membership growth of one, at least 25 goals must be accomplished.

CLUB AVENUE OF SERVICE

• Conduct a club assembly and implement a Club Leadership Plan

• Conduct an active public relations program.

• Conduct a review and update Club Constitution and By-Laws

• Ensure that every member is personally invited to participate in club activities this year.

• Convene a meeting of club leadership to discuss strategic goals for the next 3-5 years.

• Have a regular meeting program on membership retention.

• Acknowledge those who have sponsored a new member

• Have at least 1 member attend the Mid Year Assembly.

• Have at least 1 member attend the 2008 District Conference.

• Have at least 1 member registered to attend the 2008 Rotary International Convention.*

• Sponsor/Co-Sponsor an INTERACT Club.

• Sponsor/Co-Sponsor a ROTARACT Club.

• Sponsor a FAMILY OF ROTARY event.

COMMUNITY AVENUE OF SERVICE

• Initiate a new community service project that involves at least half of your members.*

• Hold a joint meeting with another Rotary Club/Service Club.

• Conduct a joint project with another local organization.*

• Conduct a local literacy project.

• Continue to conduct a project for which your club is known.

INTERNATIONAL AVENUE OF SERVICE

• Have an regular meeting program on The Rotary

Foundation.

• Have at least 1 new Paul Harris Sustaining Member.

• Sponsor/Co-Sponsor a water management project.*

• Sponsor/Co-Sponsor one Inbound Youth Exchange Student.

• Sponsor/Co-Sponsor one Outbound Youth Exchange Student.

• Nominate a professional (between ages 25 and 40 years) for Group Study Exchange.

• Host the inbound Group Study Exchange Team.

• Submit a Matching Grant proposal to R.I. (DDF is part of your contribution).

• Have at least 2% of the membership own Rotary license plates.

VOCATIONAL AVENUE OF SERVICE

• Ask each member to share information on Rotary at their place of business.

• Have at least 2 meetings to discuss the potential vocational service can offer for raising the quality

of life and upholding the strong ethics and integrity by Rotarians.

• Sponsor/Co-Sponsor 1 High School student for 4 Way Speech Contest.

• Sponsor/Co-Sponsor 1 student for R.Y.L.A.*

• Organize "Mentoring" with a High School Student as a Vocational activity.

• Recognize at least one person in the community for Professional Excellence.

* 2 points for 2 or more.
