Log on to www.atwoodlakeresort.com/rates.html

Click on make a Reservation

At the bottom of the page click on Groups

In the box Attendee Code type “rotary”

Click on Attendee Login

Type in the Check in Date, # Rooms and # people

Click on the continue button

Select the type of room you desire

Fill in the required information and click on submit.

 Note: If you are planning to stay Thursday night, please make your reservations by phone.  The types of rooms available thru on line registration for that night is limited.

Spouses Day Trip

 The Rotary Clubs in Carroll County want you to enjoy your time spent at Atwood Lake Resort. So while your spouse is attending meetings on Saturday we have arraigned a trip of several local attractions for you to visit. The trip will start with a stop at the McCook House Civil War Museum. This is an Ohio Historical site that is operated by the Carroll County Historical Society. At the McCook House you will learn about the history of the McCook family and their contributions to the US Military. There are also displays of local interest in this federal style home. The next stop will be the Algonquin Mill Complex where the manager will give you a tour of the mill and other buildings that show what life was like in the mid 1800’s. You will also be able to purchase items that are produced by the volunteers, including flour ground at the mill.

Lunch will be served at the next stop, Bluebird Farm Restaurant, Gift Shop and Toy Museum . After you enjoy a home cooked meal served in the century old home there will be time to shop in the 3 story restored barn gift shop. There also will be a tour of Susie’s Museum of Childhood where you will find all kinds of dolls and toys in this extensive private collection. You will also want to take a look around the grounds as spring is starting to show in all of the English style gardens.

The last stop will be in Historic Downtown Carrollton where you will have time to visit and shop in the many of the businesses around the square in Carrollton . Stores include a local bakery, several antique and collectible stores, jewelry store, toy farm implements and no trip is complete without a stop at Ashton’s Ben Franklin 5 & 10. You will be picked up fro your return to the Resort at the Carroll County Arts Center where over 75 local artisans work is on display and available for sale.
